Position: Paralegal
- Legal Support:
- Provide pivotal support in legal activities related to Gaia Future Energy projects in Morocco.
- Draft and review contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Research and Due Diligence:
- Conduct legal research and support the legal team and external counsel in due diligence processes.
- Ensure compliance with legal standards and regulatory requirements.
- Document Management:
- Manage document filing and maintain accurate legal records to uphold legal integrity.
